1. How to properly stick labels on the bottle?

   You should put self-adhesive label at a chosen place on the bottle. It is best to start sticking the label from its’ centre. It will help with centering and alignment of the label. To prevent the possibility of closing the air bubbles under the label, you should carefully align label surface. Labels should be stuck to clean and dry bottles.

2. The easiest way to peel off the labels?

   You should place the bottle with label in a container with water for aprox. 4-5 hours. After this time, the label should easily come off from the bottle without leaving any marks.

3. Do you need to create an account to make an order?

   No, it’s not necessary. But, if you create an account, you will receive additional benefits:

   • history of orders and payments
   • quick and easy access to former orders
   • newsletter with the latest news and promotions
   • the chance for additional discounts

   Creating new account takes just a moment. Simply enter an address, telephone number and e-mail, and after a while you will have access to your account at bottlabel.com.

4. I already have my own design of label, can I order only printing?

   Of course there is a possibility of sending your own design of label. When preparing your own project, keep in mind the following requirements.

   • accepted file formats: JPG, BMP, PNG, TIFF, PSD, CDR
   • preferred resolution of 300 dpi (at the monitor, we see at 72 dpi)
   • preferred CMYK color space
   • maximum size of label is 25x20 cm

   If deviations from the above guidelines are small, we will be able accept the project.

   Upon receiving the project, we will confirm it’s acceptance, if everything is OK. Then you just need to specify the size/quantity/volume of the order, form of payment and wait for the delivery of ready-to-stick labels for the bottles.

5. Which payment methods are available?

   There are a few payment methods avaiable:

7. What are the forms of delivery?

   All international orders are shipped by Registered Priority Mail. Expected time of delivery varies from 5 to 7 days depending on the destination.
   

8. What is the typical order realization time?

   We do our best to prepare and print labels as soon as possible. Usually the order is ready for shipment within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment.

9. How are the labels packed?

   All purchased sets of labels are packed in ziplock bags and high quality envelopes with bubble wrap, which protect against mechanical damage caused by standard transport conditions.

10. Will I receive a VAT invoice for an order?

    Yes, everyone who makes an order with bottlabel.com will receive a VAT invoice. If a purchase is made by a company, tax identification number/VAT registration number should be provided additionally.

11. How do I make a complaint?

    In case of defects in the product, including the mechanical damage of the product or non-conformity with the order, you can make a complaint, which is considered within 14 working days.

12. What is the minimum and maximum order?

    Minimum order quantity is 5 labels. Orders over 10 labels are realized only in multiples of 10 labels. In case of really large orders, please contact us by e-mail: contact@bottlabel.com.
