Terms and Conditions

1. The following terms and conditions applies between: Ambilia Rafał Szymczak, Wroclaw 50-518, Wapienna street 13/4, Poland, tax identification number: PL6912306542, owner of the trademark Bottlabel and on-line store under www.bottlabel.com address (hereinafter "The Vendor") and any person visiting website www.bottlabel.com.
2. The contract of sale of goods is concluded in accordance with the Polish law.

§ 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms And Conditions the following concepts attributed to the following definitions:

1. Vendor – Ambilia Rafał Szymczak, Wroclaw 50-518, Wapienna street 13/4, Poland, tax identification number: PL6912306542, owner of the trademark Bottlabel and on-line store under www.bottlabel.com.
2. Bottlabel – electronic shop located under electronic address www.bottlabel.com, run and own by the Vendor.
3. Purchaser– a natural person, legal person or an organizational entity with full legal capacity, making purchases in Bottlabel.
4. Consumer – natural person making purchases at Bottlabel to unrelated pursuit of its business or professional activity.
5. Product– movable offered by Bottlabel. All goods offered by Bottlabel are brand new and free from legal defects.
6. Order – sales contract without the presence of parties with usage of Cart of Products preceded by a choice of parameters, method of payment and delivery.
7. Cart– electronic form through which the Purchaser place an Order.
8. Registration – the act of sending data, including personal data in order to set Account.
9. Personal data – Purchaser data of a personal nature processed in order to complete an order.
10. Account – created after the Registration account, allowing such as: making the purchase of Products, view order history or edit account information.
11. User – natural person (including Consumer), legal or organizational entity having legal capacity, visiting website at electronic address www.bottlabel.com
12. Price – the price of the Products posted in the description of the Product includes VAT. Price does not include delivery costs.
13. Delivery cost – Orders shipping costs which it incurs the Purchaser.
14. Payment – payment for placed Order, including Price and Delivery costs, specified by the Purchaser at the time the Order.

§ 3 General Terms

1. Placing Orders in Bottlabel is carried out by the means of electronic communication system.
2. For use Bottlabel it is necessary to have a device with access to the Internet and a web browser.
3. Prior to the registration user is required to read the Terms and Conditions and its Annexes constitute an integral part thereof, and to make their acceptance.
4. By registration User agree for usage of his personal data to the extent necessary for the use of Bottlabel.
5. By making an Order User agree for usage of his personal data to the extent necessary for the use of Bottlabel.
6. Bottlabel website content is the property of the Vendor and is protected by copyright.
7. Photos and visualization of Products contained in the pages Bottlabel are only examples for exposure purposes.

§ 4 Account

1. To create an Account, Registration must be made.
2. User Registration is free.
3. Registration is done by submitting the form of electronic address under www.bottlabel.com
4. Registered user can be a natural person who has full capacity to legal transactions.
5. The registration form contains fields that are mandatory in order to create Account.
6. User is obliged to provide a real Personal data..
7. After the Registration, User receives confirming e-mail.
8. User Account enables in particular:
   • making Orders,
   • monitoring the status of placed Orders,
   • checking purchase history
9. Username and password are confidential.
10. It is forbidden to share User Account to third parties.
11. Bottlabel is not responsible for purchases made by third parties using the username and password.

§ 5 Making an Order

1. Purchases are done in Bottlabel through Account or by one-time guest Order without Registration.
2. Placing orders is done using the Cart.
3. Price of the Product appearing in the time of the Order is binding on the Purchaser and the Vendors.
4. Before making an Order Purchaser must select the parameters of the Product, such as, quantity, delivery method and form of payment.
5. The Purchaser is obliged to provide e-mail address and delivery address.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the realization of the Order.
7. By clicking "Make order" button Purchaser accepts the Terms and Conditions of the sale, the properties and the price of Products and agrees to pay the Price and the Delivery cost.
8. After placing an order Purchaser receives an e-mail with order details.
9. After positive verification order status is changed to "Admitted to realization". At this point the a sales contract is concluded.
10. In justified cases, Bottlabel may refuse an order or require prepayment.
11. Bottlabel has the right to change the assortment, the Price and Delivery costs, with the exception that these changes do not affect on placed Orders.

§ 6 Payment

1. Vendor accepts the following payment methods:
• credit card,
• bank transfer,
• via online payment system PayU,
• via online payment system PayPal,
• cash on delivery.
2. The Vendor has the right to provide selected payment methods depending on delivery address.

4. Payments are realized independently or in cooperation with: PayPal (Europe) S.a r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal Europe”) 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxembourg
5. VAT invoice is proof of purchase and it is included with each shipment.

§ 7 Shipping

1. Delivery of Products is international.
2. Inability to delivery to the country specified by Purchaser by chosen Carrier may be a basis to refuse the Order realization.
3. Local taxes and import duties can be due at the time of delivery of the package. These rights and sums are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
4. Duration of order processing is from 1 to 7 working days. In justified cases, the Bottlabel reserves the right to extend the processing period to 14 working days.

§ 8 Complaints policy

1. In the case of mechanical damage of the Product or non-compliance with the Order, the Customer is entitled to lodge a complaint.
2. Vendor consider complaints that are lodged in writing or via e-mail.
3. Complaint must contain description and, where appropriate range of activities which execution Purchaser expected from Bottlabel.
4. Vendor consider the complaint within fourteen (14) working days from the date of its receipt.
5. If repair or provide a new not defective Product is not possible, the Vendor shall reimburse the Purchaser Price paid by him.

§ 9 Intellectual Property Rights

1. Bottlabel content is protected by Polish copyright law and intellectual property. All text, logos, names, graphic design, forms, scripts, keyword, source code, trademarks, and service marks are the property of Bottlabel.
2. Copy, modify, reproduce, download, or distribute any content from Bottlabel without written permission is prohibited.
3. Purchaser has the ability to self-determine the properties of ordered Products. By making an Order Purchases confirms that it has all copyright and distribution rights. Liability for damage caused by the spread of the Products is sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

§ 10 Final provisions

1. These Terms And Conditions are available at the electronic address www.bottlabel.com.
2. Changes to this Terms And Conditions, to the extent that it is permitted by applicable law, enter into force within 14 days of the publication. Changes do not affect Order made ​​before the entry into force of the modification.
3. Any disputes arising from the realization of these Terms And Conditions, the parties shall endeavor to settle in the first place by the agreement.
4. Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms And Conditions.
5. These Terms And Conditions take effect on 1st August 2013.

§ 1. General Terms

1. This Privacy Policy determine the methods of protection of Users personal data, using the online store located at electronic address www.bottlabel.com hereinafter Bottlabel.
2. Lack of acceptance of this Privacy Policy is equivalent to prohibition of use of Bottlabel, including making Orders.
3. Privacy Policy is an integral part of Terms And Conditions.

§ 2. The collected data

1. Bottlabel collects user data, in particular those who make Orders, in the manner prescribed in the Terms And Conditions.
2. To make an Order Purchaser should provide personal data and contact details, in particular: name, address, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number.

§ 3. Purpose of data collection

1. Purchaser has the right to amend, update, correct personal data, temporarily or permanently suspended or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, incorrect or collected in violation of the law or they are no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
2. Any changes in personal data User can done by sending a statement to the Bottlabel.
3. Vendor reserves the right to refuse to remove the personal data, if they are necessary to meet claims or are required by applicable law.

1. Bottlabel reserves the right to use the services of third parties in the development of statistics about using Bottlabel.

§ 8. Disclaimer

2.
